Hi, my name is Itsik Orr. I am a physics graduate from Tel Aviv university, although I have never worked as a physicyst but preferred to become a software engineer for about 10 years, 2 years as a freelancer and another 8 in a company working in digital video and photo processing. I have organized the last 8 Israeli juggling conventions, which grew from an event of 80 participants and a budget of 800 NIS (!) to a festival of oevr 1000 participants, with 11 leading artists flown in from around the world and a budget of 50,000 NIS.
