My name is Noam Fine; I am 18 years old and currently a 12th grade student in the American International School of Israel.

I have much world experience as I have lived throughout most of my life outside of Israel, in the United States (New York) and Holland (Amsterdam).

I enjoy creativity and originality, I have been writing creatively from a very young age, dealing with arts of different kinds and lately my focus has been on video production and video-art, creating video pieces that have earned me an award in my school and will take me to an international film festival in Prague on the month of April.

Interested in the development of international virtual communities, I have along with the videoartonline company, established a platform that surrounds the idea of presenting art, ideas and innovation in the form of an online gallery involving video, images, and text. The platform has been adapted from a project I have worked on for www.videoart.net. This platform is powerful enough to host large online events, festivals, and websites that deal with presenting artist and student work.

This platform has been adapted by my school and is currently hosting an international student film festival online.
